Where we ship

We currently deliver to addresses within India only.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹499 or more (after any coupon discount).
• A flat ₹49 per order below that.

The exact shipping charge is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. There are no other delivery charges.

Dispatch and delivery

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Most orders arrive within 3–7 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas, public holidays, weather or courier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we email you, with the courier name and tracking number when we have them. You can also check its status any time on the Track order page with your order number and mobile number, or under your account if you're signed in.

Address and delivery issues

• Please check your address, PIN code and mobile number at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us before the order is dispatched and we'll correct it.
• If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. The courier charge for re-delivery may apply.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or with items missing, please share photos (an unboxing video helps) within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for what happens next.
