Cancelling an order

• You can cancel any order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order number. You'll get a full refund, with no cancellation charge.
• Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.
• We may cancel an order ourselves if an item goes out of stock, a payment can't be confirmed, or we can't deliver to the address. If we do, you'll get a full refund of anything you paid.

Returns

For hygiene and safety, we can't accept returns of henna cones, powder or other products once they have been opened or used, and we don't take back products because of a change of mind.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or contains a wrong or missing item, we'll replace it or give you a refund. To claim:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
• Share clear photos of the product and the packaging (an unboxing video helps us resolve it fastest).
• Keep the product and packaging until we've resolved your request.

Once approved, we send a replacement at no cost, or refund the item and any shipping charge you paid, whichever you prefer.

About stain results

Natural henna stains differently on different skin. The colour depends on skin type, body temperature, how long the paste is left on and aftercare, so a lighter or darker stain than expected isn't considered a defect. We recommend a patch test before first use. Please stop using the product if you notice any irritation.

Refund timelines

• Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments.
• Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval and usually reach your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
• We let you know when your refund is initiated. If it hasn't arrived after 7 working days, please contact us with your order number.
