We collect only what we need to deliver your order and look after you, and we never sell your information.

What we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and the products you order.
- Account details: if you sign in, your email address, saved addresses and order history.
- Updates you ask for: your email address if you join our newsletter or ask to be told when a product is back in stock.
- Technical information: your IP address and basic request details, used only to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments, on their secure pages.
How we use it
- To process, pack, deliver and support your orders, including order and shipping emails.
- To send you a sign-in link when you log in.
- To send newsletters or back-in-stock alerts, only if you asked for them.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share only what each partner needs to do their job:
- Cashfree Payments, to take your payment and process refunds.
- Courier partners, who receive your name, mobile number and delivery address to deliver your parcel.
- Service providers who host our website and database and send our emails, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We never sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use third-party advertising trackers.
Cookies and storage
- If you sign in, we set a secure cookie to keep you signed in.
- Your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for delivery, support, and our tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter and alert emails are kept until you ask us to remove them (reply to any of our emails or contact us).
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing emails, at any time by writing to wecare@kripti.in. We'll respond in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS, our database is access-restricted, and payments happen on Cashfree's secure, PCI-DSS compliant pages.
